Strategic Growth Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Growth Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on one of the world's most iconic brands, KFC.

This is a fantastic chance for a seasoned Strategy Director with Retail, QSR, Telco or Banking experience to shape strategic and creative thinking. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy, Creative Teams, and Creative Group Heads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients and collaborate with the Head of Strategy to design, implement, and measure strategies that develop a client's business and their brands.
  • Identify deep cultural, societal, and consumer insights and tensions through conducting and/or analysing quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Inspire creative teams to develop comms that directly address client problems via a clearly defined brief.
  • Be a trusted strategic advisor for clients with competence, conviction, and confidence.
  • Contribute to agency initiatives, including research, thought-leadership, and IP development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a Strategy role within an agency.
  • Creative, Communication, and Channel Planning Experience.
  • A proven track record in 'Marketing Effectiveness'.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to build existing client relationships and create new ones.
  • Attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
  • Passion for world-class creative work and experience in developing it.
  • Autonomy and ability to work well within a team.
  • Knowledge within the retail, QSR, Telco, or Banking Industries.
