Secure Parking, a leading commercial car park operator in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join its team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our company's success. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming experience for our customers and resolving any issues that may arise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, making sure our customers feel welcome and valued
  • Ensure the car park is presented in a clean and tidy manner, including picking up rubbish and sweeping
  • Solve problems and assist with complaints in a polite and professional manner
  • Participate in career development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, weekdays, and weekends
  • Hold a full Australian driver's license and possess excellent parking skills, including stacking cars when the car park is full
  • Be based at one of our locations in North Sydney or Sydney CBD
