Care Concierge Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our vibrant team at Queens Park Retirement Village in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.
As a key member of our community, you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to our residents and their families.
The position involves acting as the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, assisting them with inquiries, helping them navigate MyAgedCare, and ensuring the smooth operation of the village.
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our residents and the essential services they need, allowing them to live the lives they choose.
Your primary duties will include actively engaging with all residents and their families, planning and organising wellness activities within the village, collaborating with service providers, and providing trusted guidance and advice.
You will work closely with the Village Manager to provide general administration support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Plan and coordinate wellness activities and events
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide guidance and advice to residents and their families
- Assist with general administration tasks
Requirements:
- Knowledge of existing care and support services, such as My Aged Care
- Understanding of service funding mechanisms (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and industry
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration desirable
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport (desirable)
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing
