About the Role

This Customer Service Liaison Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
  • Cover reception duties, including general administration tasks, booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports
  • Liaise extensively with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs and multicultural or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  • Assist clinicians with clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids

Your Benefits

This role comes with an attractive hourly rate of $35-$40 per hour (estimated annual salary: $72,800 - $83,200), plus a generous 15.4% superannuation contribution.
