We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Liaison to join our team at People2People, a leading recruitment group in Australia. This role is perfect for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for supporting the internal divisions of Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. Your duties will include working through specific open order requests, contacting customers to provide outstanding purchase orders, collaborating with the Open Orders team to resolve open orders and drive sales across the business, processing customer orders, and recording all relevant information on our database.

  • You have great customer service skills and are not afraid to pick up the phone to give customers a call.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • You possess attention to detail, ensuring all information is provided to our customers as they need it.
  • You have a passion for process improvement and team collaboration.
  • You have strong data entry skills.
  • You can work autonomously with strong initiative.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will also enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 9am-5pm, with a blend of in-office and work-from-home arrangements throughout the week. As this role is for a minimum of 12 months, you must have full working rights in Australia.
