About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our team as a liaison. This role involves assisting customers with enquiries regarding our online platform via phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via multiple channels
  • Collaborating with the wider team to resolve customer issues
  • Working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends with penalty rates applying for non-standard hours

About You:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Prior customer service experience preferably in a call-centre environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • The ability to work the required hours outlined
