Join Our Team as a Front Office Liaison

At oOh, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Liaison to join our head office team in North Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bubbly, proactive, and organized individual to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service to internal departments and external partners. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors, providing a warm welcome over the phone and in person.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Triaging and troubleshooting queries and escalating to internal departments as necessary;
  • Providing high-level customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions;
  • Monitoring the reception inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner;
  • Managing internal meeting rooms and calendars, including booking requests and changes, stock levels, and cleanliness;
  • Ordering stationery, kitchen supplies, and goods;
  • Ensuring the reception area, kitchen, and office are kept clean at all times;
  • Raising Purchase Orders for reception/office-related invoices;
  • Providing support on ad-hoc project tasks.

We are looking for a dedicated team player who can work independently, use their initiative to problem-solve, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all business levels.
