Customer Service Liaison Role Overview

This Customer Service Liaison position is an exciting opportunity to join the Hudson Australia team in Sydney. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and email queries, building strong relationships with customers, and processing orders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order processing.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include easy-to-use timesheets, prompt weekly pay, and Real-Time Remuneration options.
