Job Title: Account Specialist - Hospital Territory

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team in the Hospital Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and activity targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and market share within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within hospitals
  • Utilize scientific knowledge and product expertise to influence and educate healthcare professionals on the use of our medical nutritional products
  • Manage and maintain accurate call activities and sales data through our preferred CRM system
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other activities as required
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Tertiary qualification in science, nutrition, allied healthcare, or business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel regularly and attend sales conferences
