About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Microsoft's Business Applications team as a Sales Specialist, where you will play a key role in helping Victorian Government and Education customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and execute the sales process, working closely with a matrixed team of Solution Specialists and account teams.
  • Orchestrate virtual pursuit teams to provide customers with solutions aligned to their end-to-end business transformation needs using Microsoft Business Applications' portfolio of offerings.
  • Use solution sales methodologies to focus on business value and outcomes from Microsoft Business Application solutions.
  • Build pipeline in alignment with Account Teams and Cross-Solution Areas, leveraging industry insights and digital signals to prospect, network, and engage with customers.

Requirements

  • Selling CRM/ERP or Low Code cloud-based business applications to Victorian Government or Education accounts.
  • Selling solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts.
  • Leading/orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans, and engaging in sophisticated business case discussions.
  • Deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for significant digital transformation initiatives.
  • Forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
