About the Role
- We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of our banking industry solutions.
As a top performer in this role, you will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting to successful close. You will leverage internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
To excel in this position, you must have:
- A proven track record of success in banking industry sales, with a strong understanding of the big 5 banks' operations.
- The ability to work closely with senior LOB & IT audiences, delivering compelling presentations that highlight your value proposition.
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives within the banking sector and aligning customer goals with our value proposition.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to clearly communicate and lead your team towards shared objectives.
- Strong sales operations hygiene, including Salesforce updates and account planning.
- A minimum of 10+ years of direct selling experience and 5+ years of banking experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, selling complex technologies to LOB and IT at the enterprise level.
- A history of consistent quota achievement and examples of landing new customer logos.
- A strong industry network within the customer and partner base.
