Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving new business development, expanding market share, and increasing revenue.

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients across Australia, particularly in the marketing technology and enterprise space.
  • Execute a direct sales strategy aimed at acquiring new logos and growing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Martech competitive landscape in the Australian market.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or Martech platforms, with a proven record of new customer acquisition and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience working with large OEMs or Martech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, SAP Emarsys, Braze, or Iterable.
  • Exceptional ability to build and grow client relationships, especially within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic and consultative approach to selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong market understanding of Australia's digital marketing and technology landscape.
