About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across ANZ, with a focus on enterprise clients.
You will work closely with our sales engineering, BDRs, customer success, and partner management teams to drive revenue growth and achieve your sales targets.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires strong executive presence, high energy, and self-motivation in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Target enterprise clients across ANZ with complex, multi-stakeholder sales
- Work alongside Sales Engineers, BDRs, Customer Success and Partner Managers
- 7-10+ years of SaaS or enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record in securing net-new business and consistently exceeding quota
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions
- Strong executive presence
- High energy and self-motivation in fast-paced, growth environments
- OTE with 50/50 base and commission split
- Accelerators and earning potential for top performers
- Supportive, enabling leadership
- Excellent product-market fit and customer demand
