About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu.

As a key member of our agile project team, you will be responsible for delivering software implementation and development services to our customers. Your expertise in modern architectural principles and methods will enable you to design and implement fit-for-purpose software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver software implementation and development services to agile project teams.
  • Manage and implement all parts of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including ongoing support of delivered solutions.
  • Implement and deliver software and process documentation in accordance with specifications.
  • Participate in customer integration and design workshops to enable requirement collection and validation.
  • Manage and deliver software fixes and releases against varying service level agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites and managed services.
  • Enhance key team processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support rosters.

About You

Technical

Essential:

  • Knowledge of modern architectural principles and methods.
  • Deep understanding of software development technologies.
  • .NET Core development experience.
  • Proficient in delivery teams using agile methodologies, tooling, and processes.
  • Experience in delivering highly available, high resilience, mission-critical systems.
  • CI/CD experience.

Highly Desirable:

  • Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • JIRA/Confluence experience.
  • Experience in a public safety environment.

Non-Technical:

  • Configuration, Release, Change, and Environment management.
  • Incident and Defect management.

  • Ability to work productively and harmoniously in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and client/vendor communication skills.
