About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Simpro Software Pty Ltd. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources to successfully onboard our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tailored Training: Provide customized product training to a diverse range of clients and industries, each session unique in its approach and content.
  • Solutions Delivery: Take ownership of challenges and create workflow solutions to enhance customers' use of our product, driving their success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting professional relationships with clients, ensuring they receive ongoing support throughout their implementation journey.
  • Progress Monitoring and Support: Proactively monitor client progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely support to address their evolving needs.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with other departments to gather insights, provide valuable feedback, and contribute to the development of our product.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be open to on-site and off-site training sessions, and work flexible hours to accommodate individual client needs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Training Delivery Skills: Showcase the ability to tailor methods to suit differing client needs.
  • SaaS/Technology Industry Experience: Possess previous experience in the SaaS or tech industry, with a strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Client Onboarding Expertise: Demonstrated ability to onboard clients efficiently, leveraging your professional, consultative approach.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Exhibit the confidence to adapt to new programs and systems, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and delivering rapid outcomes.
