About the Role

The Implementation Training Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and training of our AroFlo suite of products to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, tailored product training sessions to cater to diverse client needs and industries.
  • Take ownership of challenges and create workflow solutions to enhance customer adoption of our product.
  • Build long-lasting professional relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout their implementation journey.
  • Monitor client progress, taking a proactive approach to address evolving needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to contribute to the development of a better product experience for our clients.
Requirements:
  • Excellent training delivery skills with the ability to adapt to unique client requirements.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS/Tech industry, preferably in onboarding clients.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • A professional, consultative approach to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver rapid outcomes.

Compensation Package:

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location), plus additional benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards program.
