Job Summary

As an Implementation Consultant at ECI Software Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our Manufacturing Division - Customer Success Team. You will utilize your ERP application and interpersonal skills to help our customers develop the knowledge and confidence to use our products to conduct their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure our ERP applications to meet specific business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop operating procedures and train customer implementation teams.
  • Provide implementation consultation, project management, and support services to our customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of best practice recommendations for common ERP business processes.
  • Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients.
  • Train customer implementation teams on core body of knowledge concepts and principles.
  • Assist in change management initiatives to assist clients with a smooth transition to new systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the implementation runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Strong ERP product knowledge and experience.
  • Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in support or implementation role.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
Education & Work Experience
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
  • Excellent client interactions skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Ability to travel between 40% - 50%.
