About the role

As a key member of our CAD project delivery team, you will provide solution and integration configuration and development services to our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver software implementation and development services to agile project teams.
  • Manage and implement all parts of the SDLC, including ongoing support of delivered solutions.
  • Implement and deliver fit-for-purpose software and process documentation in accordance with specifications.
  • Participate in customer integration and design workshops to enable requirement collection and validation.
  • Manage and deliver software fixes and releases against varying SLAs across multiple sites and managed services.
  • Enhance key team processes by thinking outside the box.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support rosters.

About you:

Technical

Essential:

  • Knowledge of modern architectural principles and methods.
  • Deep understanding of software development technologies.
  • .NET Core development experience.
  • Proficient in delivery teams using agile methodologies, tooling, and processes.
  • Experience in delivering highly available, high-resilience, mission-critical systems.
  • CI/CD experience.

Highly Desirable:

  • Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • JIRA/Confluence experience.
  • Experience in a Public Safety environment.

Non-Technical:

  • Configuration, Release, Change, and Environment management.
  • Incident and Defect management.

Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work productively and harmoniously in a team mob-programming environment.
  • Effective communication and client/vendor communication skills.
  • A desire to achieve more.
