About the role

As a key member of our team at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for delivering software implementation and development services to our agile project team. Your expertise will be crucial in managing and implementing all parts of the SDLC, including ongoing support of delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Participate in customer integration and design workshops to enable requirement collection and validation.
  • Manage and deliver software fixes and releases against varying SLAs across multiple sites and managed services.
  • Enhance key team processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in the 24/7 on-call support roster.

About you:

Technical

Essential:

  • Knowledge of modern architectural principles and methods.
  • Deep understanding of software development technologies, including .net Core development experience.
  • Proficient in using agile methodologies, tooling, and processes in a delivery team.
  • Experience in delivering highly available, high resilience, mission-critical systems.
  • CI/CD experience.

Highly Desirable:

  • Azure DevOps pipelines experience.
  • JIRA/Confluence experience.
  • Experience in a Public Safety environment.

Non-Technical:

  • Configuration, Release, Change, and Environment management.
  • Incident and Defect management.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work productively and harmoniously in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and client/vendor communication skills.
