- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand customer engagement.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our platform.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and connections to drive revenue growth.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or technical sales, preferably in the software as a service (SaaS) industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and expansion, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business outcomes.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud-based platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
