HR Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Partnership Specialist to drive business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

  • Drive comprehensive HR partnership to achieve business objectives, working closely with local leaders and employees across various professions.
  • Develop and execute talent strategies for local business units, aligning with global and regional HR plans, including talent attraction, development, leadership growth, and employee engagement.
  • Lead local HR processes, ensuring adherence to regional and global practices, policies, and procedures, including onboarding, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Provide expert HR guidance in employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Support organizational changes, facilitating effective communications and transition plans.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of people data, leveraging insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COE), Organization Development (OD), and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to drive local HR initiatives and programs.

This role requires an experienced HR professional with at least 5 years of experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner in Australia, ideally from a global, matrixed technology environment. Strong influencing and coaching skills are essential, along with proven success in establishing credibility with leaders while navigating complex situations.
