Customer Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Partnership Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, managing the onboarding process for new clients, and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, and experience using Microsoft Office related services. They will also have a strong educational background in economics, management, marketing, or a related field.

  • This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience of interacting with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Motivation to value teamwork and contribute to the success and reputation of our business.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years or more of experience in affiliate marketing business.
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office related services (Especially Data analytics using Excel functions).
  • Educational background in economics / management, marketing and other related fields with a 4-year university graduate or above.
