Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate asset valuations and consultancy advice across all asset classes for various purposes, including financial reporting, insurance, sale, and disposal.
  • Retain experience valuing Government and Not-for-Profit entities, utilising your expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Undertake comprehensive financial and sensitivity analysis, as well as modelling, to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Compile and verify complex market evidence for reports and analysis, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with the Public Sector Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions, providing direct assistance as required.
  • Represent JLL at client functions and seminars to promote our services, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Leverage research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop detailed and complex reports consistent with client and stakeholder requirements, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property valuation, solidifying your foundation in this field.
  • Australian Citizenship, allowing you to navigate the local market with ease.
  • Current AAPI and Certified Practising Valuer status, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
  • Registration/licensing with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance and credibility.
  • Current Open Driver's Licence, facilitating travel and meetings.
  • Completion of current API Risk Management Module and API Certificate of Compliance, highlighting your dedication to risk management.
  • A keen interest in the public sector market and basic understanding of its influences, positioning you for success in this field.
