Job Overview

The ACT Government seeks a skilled leader to manage its Access Canberra Service Centres.

This leadership role requires an individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues across the organisation and other parts of the public sector.

As a leader within the Access Canberra team, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and information in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, capable of working collaboratively to achieve outcomes and prioritising the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
