As a Public Sector Transformation Specialist at Marsh McLennan, you will play a key role in shaping the strategies necessary for our Public Sector clients to overcome their challenges and revolutionize their departments and organizations.

With a strong background in strategic problem-solving and analytical skills, you will employ analysis, assessments, and innovation to assist our clients in streamlining operations, enhancing overall efficiencies, and driving transformation agendas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting government leaders and senior management in defining their organizational strategies and converting their vision into tangible initiatives.
  • Conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in-depth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and their impact on operations.
  • Aiding client meetings by preparing materials, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.
  • Contributing to the creation of reports, recommendations, and conclusions for our clients.
  • Supporting business development by contributing to proposal development.
  • Dedicating yourself to the development of our team participating in firm events, training sessions, and recruitment activities.

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 4-10 years' experience, ideally with a strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
  • Public Sector industry knowledge.
  • Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel, when required.
