Job Summary:

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced workforce planning professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading workforce planning and budget management using data and tools to guide strategic decisions.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and implement change across the organisation.

You will also support change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps. Additionally, you will embed a data-led decision-making culture and apply a risk lens to all improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis.

They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders. A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
