The Workforce Planning Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing effective workforce strategies. This involves designing and standardizing job families, establishing systems for capturing and utilizing SFIA skills data, and collaborating with leaders to map career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing consistent job family structures and titles
- Capturing, storing, and utilizing SFIA skills data
- MAPPING career pathways with leaders and promoting them across departments
- Aligning training programs with career paths and proposing targeted skills development
- Guiding discussions on future team structure and managing workforce changes
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in project management, human resources, business systems, or relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in people sourcing within technology and projects domains
- Strong attention to detail and planning and organizing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence outcomes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suite of applications
