Job Title: Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst

At our organisation, we are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our workforce planning team. As a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping long-term recruitment, training, and resource strategies for Flying Operations and Cabin Crew.

\

This is an exciting opportunity to influence workforce planning at a strategic level in a dynamic aviation environment. You will be responsible for developing and interpreting complex models to support long-term planning and decision-making, as well as engaging with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable workforce plans.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement long-term workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to inform operational and industrial decision-making
  • Engage with stakeholders to build trusted relationships and communicate insights clearly
  • Lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Background in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
  • High-level business acumen with a strategic mindset and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and tools like Power BI; comfort with data visualisation and storytelling
