Job Title: Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst
\At our organisation, we are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our workforce planning team. As a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping long-term recruitment, training, and resource strategies for Flying Operations and Cabin Crew.
\This is an exciting opportunity to influence workforce planning at a strategic level in a dynamic aviation environment. You will be responsible for developing and interpreting complex models to support long-term planning and decision-making, as well as engaging with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable workforce plans.
\About the Role:
\- Develop and implement long-term workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to inform operational and industrial decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders to build trusted relationships and communicate insights clearly
- Lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
\- Background in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
- High-level business acumen with a strategic mindset and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and tools like Power BI; comfort with data visualisation and storytelling
