Workforce Planning Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about workforce planning and wants to make a real impact on our business. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills in place to deliver our business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire colleagues on the benefits of effective workforce planning while demonstrating commitment to our values and decision pillars.
  • Contribute to the development of our workforce planning frameworks, including tactical and strategic tools.
  • Design and document the workforce planning processes.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to understand the impact of activities that drive our yearly forecast of volumes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in workforce planning or a related field.
  • Advanced MS Excel analytical and modelling skills to create and present detailed reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Experience with change management and communication.
