">This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage data-driven insights and shape the future of our workforce. As a Strategic Workforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in analysing data, identifying skill gaps, and supporting the implementation of effective workforce strategies that align with our vision.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to forecast talent requirements and identify areas for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather insights and understand workforce requirements.
- Analyse data and insights to forecast and identify talent requirements and skill gaps.
- Support the design and implementation of organisational structures and processes.
- Provide project management support for key workforce transformation initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A good understanding of workforce planning methodologies, organisational design principles, and capability development best practices.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
About This Opportunity:
