National engineering company seeks a Workforce Planner to lead strategic workforce planning initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement dashboards, forecasts and resource allocation plans to ensure the business has an adequate supply of skilled employees.
**Key Requirements**:
- 5+ years in payroll, rostering/scheduling or workforce planning
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Strong leadership experience and ability to influence change
