Contribute to strategic workforce planning framework by supporting the bank's people and operations strategy.

This newly created role will involve collaborating with executive teams to develop data-driven insights, identify future workforce requirements, and design action plans to address gaps.

You will work closely with stakeholders to establish and evolve strategic workforce planning playbooks and toolkits, developing data sets, governance, controls, and reporting that track and measure SWP plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing data-driven insights to inform strategic workforce planning decisions
  • Collaborating with executive teams to identify future workforce requirements and design action plans
  • Establishing and evolving strategic workforce planning playbooks and toolkits
  • Designing data sets, governance, controls, and reporting to track and measure SWP plans

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in workforce management/planning within a complex, multi-regional business
  • Solid understanding of strategic workforce planning processes and interventions
  • Strong data modeling and forecasting experience
  • Emerging understanding of project and change management methodologies
