  • Support strategic workforce planning processes.
  • Embed workforce strategy frameworks and educate stakeholders, leaders, and business partners across business units.
  • Steer best practice, continual improvement, and consistency of capability frameworks and tools for the workforce.
  • Facilitate engagement with external consultants where necessary.

About You

You're an experienced professional with expertise in strategic workforce planning, strategy, and/or capability development. You have strong interpersonal skills, a background or exposure to project management and analytics, and an eagerness to work and develop.

  • Experience in strategic workforce planning.
  • Analysis and interpretation of complex people data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to senior management levels.
  • Delivering projects and initiatives, particularly across an enterprise or multiple teams.
  • Designing and embedding capability and competency frameworks in large complex organisations.
  • A strong understanding of the HR provider market.
Key Requirements:
