Injury Prevention and Wellbeing Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of wellbeing professionals, focusing on injury prevention and management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize operational impact and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the organisational wellbeing manager to develop annual safety strategies.
- Provide training and coaching to leaders on health and wellbeing initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or psychology, along with relevant professional association membership and/or registration. They should also possess 3+ years of rehabilitation experience, including clinical and non-clinical settings, and 2 years in the occupational rehabilitation industry.
