Job Title: Injury Management Advisor
About the RoleThis role is responsible for managing workers' compensation and injury management cases in accordance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing return-to-work strategies for injured employees
- Collaborating with insurers, healthcare providers, and rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal outcomes
- Providing specialist training, coaching, and consultation to site leadership and teams
- Maintaining accurate injury management records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supporting initiatives to improve workplace health, safety, and injury prevention
- Experience in workers' compensation and injury management (an allied health background is highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation legislation and best practice injury management strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, OHS, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nursing, or a related health science field (highly desirable, but not essential)
