About the Role

The Injury Management and Wellbeing Advisor is responsible for overseeing Return to Work, Injury Management (IM) and wellbeing initiatives within a large organisation. This role involves working collaboratively with a skilled team to promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in injury management and wellbeing. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive proactive injury prevention initiatives and support injured workers returning to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive employee health and wellness programs
  • Manage multiple complex claims effectively
  • Discuss injury and treatment-related issues with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with staff and external providers to promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Return to Work, Injury Management or Occupational Rehab
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related allied health/health field
