Job Opportunity

Cogent Thinking is a leader in delivering best practice injury prevention, 24/7 incident response and care coordination services tailored to each customer.

This role connects with injured employees and their managers to support them through workplace injuries by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them to available services and resources.

You will work in a Triage Team dedicated to providing personalized health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work, using your clinical experience in a corporate work environment.

  • Provide empathetic care to improve personal health and wellbeing goals.
  • Coordinate supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged client population.
  • Provide initial early intervention triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services.
  • Coordinate relevant case activities including liaison with stakeholders, provision of email updates, and documentation such as treatment plans as required.

The work is undertaken telephonically and can be performed from home or office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Empathy-driven care, health management, and wellbeing expertise are essential for this role. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
