The Opportunity

Members at our Walker Street club are driven by success. They interact with people from all walks of life, driving growth by performing outreach activities - generating and converting leads that have a positive impact on physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Aids retention through positive interaction with existing members, assisting them with enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

No two days are the same as an MSC. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to sales growth utilising promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and new business opportunities
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Perform opening and closing duties as per the club roster
  • Involve yourself in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions for potential members.
  • A gift for communication to talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action.
  • A drive to be goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel.
  • A team player who can rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success.
  • A customer-focused approach to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals.
