Customer Service Expert Opportunity

The Role:

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the driving force behind our success, inspiring customers to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.

No two days are the same in this role, and you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to sales growth by utilizing promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to motivate customers to continue their fitness journey
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries and managing club operations
  • Active involvement in member retention programs and regular service calls to keep customers engaged

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with solutions that meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and inspire action
  • Drive and goal-focus to excel and continuously improve
  • Team player who can rally through challenges and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer-focused with rapport-building skills and motivation to help achieve goals
