Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our members and play a key role in driving membership growth.

No two days are the same in this position, and you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. You will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and the identification of new business opportunities.

To excel in this role, you must be able to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members, possess excellent communication skills, and be goal-focused with a drive to continuously improve. If you are a team player who can build rapport with people of all backgrounds and is motivated to help them achieve their goals, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively contribute to increasing membership sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Sales Promotion: Utilize sales promotions and referrals campaigns to generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide positive and personalized interactions with members to create great member journeys and achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Club Operations: Perform opening and closing duties as per the club roster and participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action.
  • Problem-Solving: A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members.
  • Drive: Goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself.
  • Team Player: Able to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals.
