Customer Service Excellence Specialist

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Excellence Specialist with BWA Group Services Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to our customers.
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to multitask and possess strong computer skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quick, accurate, and up-to-date answers to customer queries
- Contribute to the team's vision and values while adding value to every customer interaction
- Receive inbound calls from customers, resolving queries at the first point of contact
- Offer information on products, services, and transactional details to customers
- Aware of operational risk, regulatory compliance, and occupational health and safety requirements
Training and Development:
You will undergo 3 weeks of comprehensive training, which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Upon completion of training, you will commence your allocated shift times, with opportunities for hybrid working arrangements available after a minimum of 6 months.
