At Koch Fertilizer, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in problem-solving, and possess a great ability to build and foster good working relationships with customers. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as performance bonuses and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional telephone and electronic-based customer service
  • Facilitate dispatch bookings and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Assist with key projects and system improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor terminal capacities and provide regular customer updates
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM database
  • Deliver systems training to customers as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
