Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Merchant Support Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound queries from our merchant partners, assisting with questions and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound contact (voice & digital) from new and existing retail partners while meeting service level agreements.
- Support onboarding sessions with new merchants by answering questions and providing insight into our product.
- Update core details relating to existing merchants, including bank details.
- Take ownership of designated queries and drive them to resolution.
- Create merchant credentials in our Admin Portal.
- Facilitate general account management queries and liaise with relevant business functions to resolve issues.
- Facilitate dispute resolution on behalf of consumers with our retail partners by investigating and delivering clear information.
- Proven track record of working in customer service.
- Able to work a blended contact strategy (voice and digital).
- Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded.
- Ability to multitask and enthusiasm about change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes healthcare coverage, retirement plans, employee stock purchase program, wellness perks, paid parental leave, paid time off, and learning and development resources.
