About the Role
- Deliver exceptional personal care services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, transportation, and social support.
About You
- Certificate 3 in Aged or Individual Support, Community Services, and Disability.
- Medication competency (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older people.
What's on Offer?
- A competitive salary package, estimated at $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- NFP salary sacrificing benefits + meal & entertainment allowance up to $15,900.

Key Requirements:
