We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Employee to join our team in the Hills District.
This is a permanent part-time role offering a minimum of 30 hours a fortnight, covering various shifts from 08.00 - 16.00, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with meal preparation, eating, and daily living tasks
- Provide transport and accompaniment services for shopping trips, appointments, and social activities
- Offer personal care, showering, and bathing support
- Help with domestic assistance, including light household cleaning
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate 3 in Aged or Individual Support, Community Services, and Disability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
You will have a proven track record in providing aged care or NDIS services and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers' homes and the local community.
