Burger Urge is a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant chain with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an experienced Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a key role in driving our vision to redefine the food and hospitality industry.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual who can lead a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities.

The Role:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of managing the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, food safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Train and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained in company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the scheduling of employees and ensure that all shifts are covered.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to drive business results and achieve our goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also need knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and excellent customer service skills.
