The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our Townsville, QLD site. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and oversight to delivery professionals to maintain safe and productive work practices
  • Participate in warehouse activities, including picking, labeling, and staging deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and Safety Protocols
  • Foster a positive culture within the team
  • Represent ANC Australia on client sites, promoting the company's values and driving results
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to design and implement process optimization projects

About You

  • A LF Forklift license is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a solid understanding of WHS Practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a passion for logistics and operations
  • Experience working in the transport/warehouse/logistics industry

Salary Estimate: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience
