Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Manager to join our team at dnata. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our airport facilities and ensuring that all areas are operating effectively.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be reporting to the Station Manager and will be responsible for assisting with planning and implementing strategies to manage our customers, coordinating daily operations, and monitoring operating costs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Planning and Implementation: Work closely with the Station Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Ensure that all aspects of airport operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing staff, resources, and inventory.
  • Monitor Costs and Budgets: Oversee operating costs and budgets, with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing waste.
  • Communicate with Clients: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Manage Inventory and Resources: Oversee the management of inventory and resources, ensuring that staff have access to the correct equipment and materials.
  • Evaluate Performance: Regularly evaluate employee performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and support as needed.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
