As a key member of the Bravura Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue expansion in the adviser segment.

Midwinter's AdviceOS platform is a digital advice solution for Independent Financial Advice practices, large AFSL's, through to some of the largest profit for member superannuation funds.

We are a cloud-based, open API, omni-channel platform that provides financial modelling, practice management and client engagement tools, that simplify the provision of advice.

Our platform has established a strong presence in the European, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions, with a focus on providing exceptional services to some of the biggest financial services brands.

Below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:

– Manage and enhance strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including high-value clients, industry leaders, regulatory bodies, internal senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

– Lead the development and delivery of sales presentations tailored to financial advice practices and key strategic accounts within the financial services industry.

– Collaborate with the APAC sales team to design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy balancing both financial gain and customer satisfaction/retention.

– Establish and actively manage a pipeline of high potential clients, understanding their strategic needs and aligning them with Midwinter's comprehensive solutions.

– Define and execute strategic sales initiatives that maximize revenue growth, market share, and profitability while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

– Provide in-depth sales performance reporting and strategic analysis and maintain proactive communication regarding client activity and market trends to the Head of Enterprise Sales.

– Identify and establish opportunities in existing and new markets, nurture a sales pipeline, and deliver results.

– Collaborate with development and product teams to anticipate and address complex client needs, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.

– Lead large-scale business development initiatives, campaigns, and industry events to enhance brand presence and drive growth.

– Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable results.

– Lead the creation of high-impact business proposals, including responding to complex RFPs, ensuring that all responses reflect Midwinter's strategic positioning.

– Cultivate and enhance strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including high-value clients, industry leaders, regulatory bodies, internal senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

– Leverage industry experience and a well-established professional network to provide strategic guidance on business decisions and advise on high-impact investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term growth objectives.

– Oversee the design and execution of advanced software demonstrations, representing Midwinter at prominent industry events to position the company as a market leader.

– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of investment, superannuation, social security, and taxation.

– Utilize this knowledge to develop and deliver sales strategies that address the complex needs of financial advice practices and key strategic accounts.

– Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-value clients, industry leaders, regulatory bodies, internal senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

– Continuously seek opportunities to expand Midwinter's presence in the adviser segment, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

Requirements
  1. 7+ years of business development experience with a passion for sales.
  2. Knowledge of investment, superannuation, social security, and taxation.
  3. Strong financial planning background and experience in Financial Services technology.
  4. Proven experience selling software to financial advisors.
  5. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  6. The ability to identify and establish opportunities in existing and new markets, nurture a sales pipeline, and deliver results.
  7. Track record in participating in design workshops and customer journey and user research sessions.
  8. A strong customer focus, presentation skills, and expert communication to build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external key executive stakeholders.
  9. Ability to work closely with a wide range of people from across the business to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and communicate design strategy and rationale.
