Overview

A leading Federal Government department is seeking an experienced ITIL 4 Service Management specialist to play a pivotal role in facilitating the uplift to the ITIL 4 practice model.

Estimated Salary

Rewarding hourly rates are being offered for this long-term program within the Federal Government department.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the SIAM project team to ensure all project deliverables in scope are defined and met as required.
  • They will assist in the operational change to implement SIAM, ensuring knowledge transfer and handover to transition responsibility for ongoing management and governance of Service Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model.
  • Strong understanding of Service Management and Transition delivery, including Commercial management, SIAM, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Understanding of design and implementation of complex tool ecosystems, such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and other observability and support tools.
